TERMS & CONDITIONS

By opting into the Trade More Get More Cashback Programme, you agree to these terms in full. Please read carefully before registering.

1. Eligibility
  • The Trade More Get More Cashback Programme ("the Programme") is open exclusively to verified Panther Capitals clients who have completed the full KYC/AML onboarding process and hold a funded, active live trading account in good standing.
  • Participants must be aged 18 or over and resident in a jurisdiction where such cashback programmes are legally permitted.
  • Only one cashback plan may be active per client account at any given time. Multiple simultaneous plan enrolments are not permitted and will result in disqualification.
  • Demo accounts, joint accounts, and corporate accounts are not eligible unless Panther Capitals provides explicit written confirmation of eligibility.
  • Clients whose accounts are subject to any restriction, suspension, negative balance, or investigation are not eligible to participate or accrue cashback.
  • Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Panther Capitals are excluded from participating in the Programme.
  • Panther Capitals reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to exclude clients who do not meet the criteria without prior notice.
2. Registration & Opt-In
  • Registration must be completed exclusively through the official Panther Capitals website at panthercapitals.com. Registrations via email, telephone, third parties, or any other channel are invalid.
  • Clients must select one of the three available cashback plans at the time of registration: Loss Plan ($4 per standard lot on losing trades), Win Plan ($2 per standard lot on winning trades), or All Trades Plan ($1 per standard lot on all closed trades).
  • Cashback accrual begins only from the date and time of confirmed opt-in registration. Trades closed prior to opt-in confirmation do not qualify for cashback, regardless of when they were opened.
  • A confirmation notification will be sent to the client's registered email address upon successful enrolment. This serves as the official record of opt-in.
  • Clients may only change their chosen plan by opting out of the current plan and re-registering in the following available opt-in period. A minimum 30-day cooldown applies between plan changes.
  • Panther Capitals is not liable for registration failures caused by the client's technical issues, including internet problems, browser compatibility, or device errors.
3. Cashback Plans & Rates
  • Loss Plan: Clients earn $4 (USD) per standard lot on each qualifying closed losing trade. Winning trades do not accrue cashback under this plan.
  • Win Plan: Clients earn $2 (USD) per standard lot on each qualifying closed winning trade. Losing trades do not accrue cashback under this plan.
  • All Trades Plan: Clients earn $1 (USD) per standard lot on every qualifying closed trade, regardless of whether it is a profit or a loss.
  • Cashback rates apply to standard lots (100,000 units). Mini lots and micro lots are calculated proportionally (e.g., 0.1 lot = 10% of the standard rate).
  • Cashback is calculated on fully closed positions only. Partial closures are calculated proportionally on the closed volume.
  • The cashback rate in effect at the time of a client's opt-in registration applies for the duration of their enrolment period. Panther Capitals may change rates for new opt-in periods without retroactive effect on existing enrolments.
  • Whether a trade is classified as a "winning" or "losing" trade is determined by the net profit or loss of the closed position after deduction of spreads, commissions, and swap fees. A trade with zero net P&L is classified as neither winning nor losing and earns no cashback under the Loss or Win plans.
4. Qualifying Trades
  • Cashback accrues only on trades placed on qualifying instruments as specified on the Panther Capitals CRM portal. The list of qualifying instruments may be updated by Panther Capitals at any time.
  • A trade must be fully executed and closed on a live account during the active opt-in period to qualify. Open positions, pending orders, and cancelled orders do not generate cashback.
  • Trades opened before the client's opt-in date but closed after do not qualify for cashback, even if the closing occurs during the active period.
  • Internal account transfers, hedged positions on the same account or across related accounts, and any position identified as non-commercial in nature are excluded from cashback calculation.
  • Panther Capitals' internal trade records and platform data are the sole authoritative source for determining trade classification, lot size, and P&L. No external data, screenshots, or third-party records will be accepted.
5. Minimum Redemption Threshold
  • A minimum accrued cashback balance of $50 (USD) is required before a redemption or withdrawal request can be submitted. Balances below $50 are locked and cannot be accessed under any circumstances.
  • Clients may choose to credit accrued cashback to their live trading account balance or withdraw it via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal terms and processing times.
  • Redemption requests must be submitted through the Panther Capitals CRM portal. Requests made via email, telephone, or any other channel will not be processed.
  • Cashback balances do not expire and continue to accumulate until the client redeems them, opts out of the programme, or their account is closed.
  • Panther Capitals reserves the right to impose a maximum redemption cap per calendar month. If applicable, this cap will be communicated on the CRM portal.
  • Redemption processing may take up to 5–7 business days from the date of an approved request. Withdrawal redemptions are additionally subject to the standard Panther Capitals withdrawal processing timeline.
  • Cashback credits applied to a trading account may not be immediately withdrawable and may be subject to a volume requirement before withdrawal is permitted. This will be communicated to the client at the time of credit.
6. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention
  • The Programme is designed to reward genuine trading activity. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the cashback system is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all accrued cashback.
  • Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: opening and closing trades at minimal market exposure solely to accrue cashback (wash trading); coordinating positions with another account to generate cashback from both sides of a trade; switching plans to maximise cashback on a known trade outcome; using automated tools to generate artificial volume; and any form of collusion or account sharing.
  • Clients enrolled in the Loss Plan must not simultaneously hold offsetting positions on another account or brokerage designed to guarantee losses on the cashback-eligible account. This constitutes abuse and will result in disqualification.
  • Panther Capitals employs automated monitoring systems to detect trading patterns inconsistent with legitimate market participation. Flagged accounts will be reviewed and cashback may be suspended pending investigation.
  • Panther Capitals reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or forfeit any cashback at any time if it determines that the cashback was earned through conduct that violates these terms, applicable regulations, or the Panther Capitals Client Agreement.
  • Clients found to have engaged in abusive conduct may have their trading account suspended or permanently closed in addition to losing all accrued cashback.
  • Panther Capitals' determination of whether conduct constitutes abuse is final, binding, and not subject to appeal.
7. Programme Changes & Termination
  • Panther Capitals reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Trade More Get More Cashback Programme at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including regulatory requirements, operational changes, or system integrity.
  • Changes to cashback rates, qualifying instruments, minimum redemption thresholds, or eligible plans take effect from the date of announcement and apply to new opt-in registrations. Existing enrolments will be honoured at the rate locked in at their opt-in date, unless the programme is fully terminated.
  • In the event of programme termination, clients will be given a reasonable wind-down period to redeem any accrued cashback above the $50 minimum. Panther Capitals is not liable for accrued balances below $50 at the time of termination.
  • Panther Capitals is not liable for any losses, opportunity costs, or damages arising from programme modification, suspension, or termination.
8. General Provisions
  • Participation in the Programme does not constitute financial advice and does not alter the risks associated with forex and CFD trading. Cashback is a supplementary benefit and is not intended to incentivise excessive or reckless trading.
  • Accrued cashback has no monetary value outside of the Programme redemption process and cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, or assigned to any other person or account.
  • The Programme operates separately from any other bonus, promotion, or rebate scheme a client may participate in. Panther Capitals reserves the right to restrict simultaneous participation in multiple promotions.
  • By opting into the Programme, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full, as well as the Panther Capitals Client Agreement and Risk Disclosure.
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Panther Capitals is regulated, and are subject to the dispute resolution provisions in the Client Agreement.
  • For all queries relating to the Programme, clients must contact Panther Capitals through the official CRM portal or authorised support channels only.
