TERMS & CONDITIONS

By participating in the Panther Capitals Loyalty Programme, you agree to the following terms in full. Please read carefully before participating.

1. Eligibility
  • The Loyalty Programme is available exclusively to verified, active clients of Panther Capitals who have completed full KYC/AML onboarding and hold a funded live trading account.
  • Participation is limited to individual account holders. Corporate, joint, and institutional accounts may be eligible at Panther Capitals' sole discretion.
  • Clients must be residents of jurisdictions where the programme is legally permissible. Panther Capitals reserves the right to exclude clients from specific regions.
  • Clients who are under regulatory restriction, in default, or subject to account suspension are not eligible to participate or accrue points.
  • Employees, agents, and affiliates of Panther Capitals and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.
  • A minimum account balance may be required to remain eligible. Panther Capitals will notify clients of any such threshold changes.
2. Earning Points — Deposits
  • Clients earn 1 Loyalty Point for every $100 (USD or equivalent) deposited into their live trading account. Amounts below $100 are not eligible.
  • Points are calculated in multiples. A $350 deposit earns 3 points ($300 qualifying). Fractional point values are rounded down.
  • Only net new deposits are eligible. Internal transfers, reinvested profits, or credited bonuses do not qualify.
  • Deposits withdrawn within 30 days of crediting will result in reversal of points earned on that deposit.
  • Points from deposits are credited within 1–3 business days of deposit confirmation.
  • Panther Capitals reserves the right to reject points if there is suspicion of deposit cycling, abuse, or violation of fair use policy.
3. Earning Points — Trading
  • Clients earn 2 Loyalty Points for each fully closed trade on a qualifying instrument. A list of qualifying instruments is published on the CRM portal and may be updated periodically.
  • A trade must be fully closed. Partial closures, open positions, pending orders, and cancelled orders do not generate points.
  • Points are awarded per trade, not per lot, volume, or profit/loss. Both winning and losing trades qualify, provided minimum criteria are met.
  • A minimum trade size (lot requirement) applies. Sub-minimum trades will not generate points. The minimum is displayed on the CRM portal.
  • Trades that are reversed, disputed, rolled back, or identified as erroneous will have associated points reversed.
  • Scalping or high-frequency patterns generating excessive points without genuine trading intent may be reviewed and points revoked at Panther Capitals' discretion.
  • Points from qualifying trades are credited within 1–3 business days of trade closure.
4. Point Validity & Expiry
  • All Loyalty Points are valid for 365 days (12 calendar months) from the date they are individually earned. Each point batch carries its own expiry date.
  • Points not redeemed within the validity period expire automatically and permanently. Expired points cannot be reinstated, extended, or transferred under any circumstances.
  • It is the client's sole responsibility to monitor point balances, expiry dates, and redemption deadlines.
  • Point validity is not paused or extended during account inactivity, technical issues on the client's end, or personal circumstances.
  • In the event of a platform outage affecting the CRM portal, Panther Capitals will make reasonable efforts to address impacted deadlines, but this is not guaranteed.
5. Redemption
  • Points may only be redeemed through the Panther Capitals CRM portal. Requests via email, phone, or other channels will not be processed.
  • Redemptions are subject to reward availability at the time of request. Panther Capitals does not guarantee availability of any specific reward.
  • Once a redemption is confirmed, it cannot be reversed or exchanged. Clients should review their selection carefully before confirming.
  • Rewards have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn as cash unless explicitly stated in the reward's specific terms.
  • Points cannot be transferred between client accounts, gifted, sold, or bartered.
  • A minimum point balance may be required to initiate redemption, as displayed on the CRM portal.
  • Panther Capitals reserves the right to modify, substitute, or withdraw any reward from the catalogue at any time without prior notice.
  • Redemptions may take up to 10 business days to be processed and applied, depending on reward type.
6. Programme Integrity & Abuse Prevention
  • The Loyalty Programme is designed for genuine clients engaging in legitimate trading activity. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the programme is strictly prohibited.
  • Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: deposit cycling, artificial trade inflation, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated trading for point generation without genuine market exposure.
  • Panther Capitals employs monitoring systems to detect irregular point accumulation. Flagged accounts will be reviewed and points may be suspended pending investigation.
  • Clients found to have misused the programme will have all points forfeited, may be permanently disqualified, and may have their trading account suspended or closed.
  • Panther Capitals reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or reverse points at any time if earned in breach of these terms or applicable regulations.
  • Clients engaging in unlawful conduct in connection with the programme may be reported to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
7. Programme Changes & Termination
  • Panther Capitals reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Programme at any time, with or without notice.
  • Changes to earning rates, redemption options, tier thresholds, or qualifying instruments may be made at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website and CRM portal.
  • In the event of programme termination, a reasonable wind-down period will be provided for clients to redeem existing points. Panther Capitals is not liable for unredeemed points at termination.
  • Panther Capitals' decisions regarding point allocation, tier classification, and redemption eligibility are final and binding.
8. General
  • Participation in the Loyalty Programme does not constitute financial advice and is not intended to incentivise excessive risk-taking. Trading involves significant risk of loss.
  • The programme is separate from and does not affect any bonus, promotional, or rebate programme a client may separately be enrolled in.
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Panther Capitals operates and are subject to the dispute resolution provisions in the Client Agreement.
  • By earning or redeeming points, clients confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
  • For queries, clients should contact support via the CRM portal or official Panther Capitals support channels.
